3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
• Clients may request project cancellations within three (3) days of signing the agreement. If approved, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
• After the initial three-day period, cancellations are not eligible for refunds, and all work completed must be paid for.
• If a client fails to provide required project materials (content, credentials, feedback) within three (3) weeks, the project will be deemed inactive and may be canceled without refund.

• In cases where Coolman Innovations initiates a cancellation due to non-compliance by the
client, no refund will be issued.
• If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, we may issue a partial
refund or offer alternative solutions at our discretion.

• Domain name registration fees
• Website hosting charges

5. Refund Eligibility

• If a project is canceled within the three-day cancellation window and is eligible for a refund, the amount refunded will be based on the work completed and any expenses incurred.
